Badam Ka Halwa with Kashmiri Almond Oil Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (soaked and peeled)
- 1/2 cup Kaizer Kashmiri Almond Oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron (soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk)
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in hot water, peel, and grind into a coarse paste with a bit of milk.
- Heat Kashmiri Almond Oil in a pan, add the almond paste, and cook until golden brown, stirring continuously for 10-12 minutes.
- Gradually add milk, stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until the milk is absorbed.
- Add sugar and saffron-soaked milk. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the halwa becomes glossy.
- Mix in cardamom powder and garnish with pistachios. Serve warm.
