All the Domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of your valuable order within 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the location as remote areas are not easily accessible, in these areas the delivery time will be longer than in metro cities.
All the order deliveries will be made in the working hours that are 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday excluding all the public holidays.
Kaizer is not responsible for the damage of the product after delivery.
For any complaints with regards to your order please contact us through our website within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
1. For Domestic Orders: - We ship products throughout India and there is a flat shipping rate of INR Rs 100.
2. For International Orders: - Shipping charges may vary from country to country.
Once the customer places the order, within the 24 hours the customer can cancel his order, after 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
At Kaizer, we try to give our customers the best shopping experience ever possible. But we do not accept exchanges or returns of opened and damaged products after the goods are sold or delivered.
Kaizer is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery.
In Case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is to contact us through our website within the 24 hours of the delivery.
Exchange of the product will be accepted only if the product is returned in the saleable condition with original invoice and all the packaging in an undamaged condition.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage and wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
Once your request for return/refund is accepted, the process will take 7-21 business days to get completed.
All the products once purchased are non-refundable but in exceptional cases where the product is sold damaged, seal or packaging is broken can be returned on our address within the 7 days of the delivery date of the product.
Requirements of Refund: -
Take a picture with delivery executive with their ID clearly presented in the case of damaged packaging.
If the bottle is damaged, take a picture with date of the picture mentioned in the photo.
If the seal is damaged, take a picture with date of the picture mentioned in the photo.
All refunds are made only on Kaizer products.
The photographic proof is absolute necessary for refund and shall only be applicable for 24 hours after delivery.
No refund complaint will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
