Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

1.1 Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase for all items. If the relevant number of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in saleable condition and in original packing. The company has the absolute discretion to determine the saleability of any item. Additionally, complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3 To be entitled for refund, your image along with courier Boy holding the item in your hand is must , you have to send through mail to the company.

2. Refunds

2.1 Once we received your mail, after your return received and inspected , will notify you through our email that we have received your query which will resolved soon after getting the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 15 working days after deductions of operational and shipping costs.

3. Late or missing refunds

3.1 If you do not receive a refund within 15 days, contact your bank or card issuer. If the bank or card issuer is unable to trace the transaction, you may contact us at info@thekaizer.com with a proof of communication with the bank or card issuer.

4. Exchanges

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped. All such claims of damage, defect or error shall be verified by the company. If your claims are found to be accurate, the product shall be exchanged at no additional cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you may contact us at Info@thekaizer.com
